FAQ
Why would I need a license?
A license is needed if you want to use the music for anything else than just listening for your pleasure. Typical uses are
  • freestyling over a beat
  • licensing music for use in TV or for a movie
  • remixing or use audio samples
What are the license options and what are the differences between those?
We offer up to 5 license templates (Basic, Premium, Track Out, Unlimited, Exclusive) and it's up to the artist which ones he/she wants to make available. Each license comes with different perks. In general, the higher the price, the better the perks.
You can click on each feature on the left side of the comparison chart above to learn more about each one.
When will I get the track I purchased?
You can download all related files immediately after your purchase. We also email you a one-time download link for a download later.
How can I remove the audio tag from the track?
A "tagged beat" is a demonstration version of an instrumental that contains distinct audio watermarks that typically play throughout the entire track. The purpose of a producer tagging his/her instrumental is to prevent piracy and to encourage serious recording artists to purchase a license.
To get a tag-free audio please make sure you purchase a license which features "untagged audio".
I purchased a $1 download, why is the beat still tagged?
Beats purchased for $1 in our store are meant for streaming and demo use only, just like downloads from iTunes store or Amazon music.
To license a beat without audio tag and to use in a professional manner please buy a license from this page. Usually those are $25 and up.
What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.
The Stem file also usually includes the original stereo master of the track for standard playback.
Why would I need a stem / trackout file?
A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.
My name is Yehor. Music producer from Ukraine, Sumy Experience in creating beats for 6 years.
Band/artist history
I started my musical journey from school days, when I played and composed songs in a band. These were primitive songs and very terrible recording quality. But as you know, at each stage of creating something new, you burn and enjoy the process. Andso it was, we created, played at local concerts and had a blast like rock stars. But it ended quite quickly. There was no one to play with. And I could not leave music. At first, I wrote songs with an acoustic guitar, then I rapped. And in the end, DAW was introduced to me. It was FL Studio. I got excited like a child who picked up a toy for the first time, experimented with samples, various transitions and sound in general.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I performed for a couple of years. Back when I was a guitarist/vocalist in my rock bands. But those were typical local concerts (festivals). And yes, those were very cool times.
Your musical influences
The musicians who influenced me (and still do) are mostly representatives of the heavy scene. I grew up listening to rock music. I'm very grateful to my father for that. Why? Because it helps a lot in creating beats now. I mean, the outlook of a rock musician is much broader and I think it's very cool when you build hip-hop beats based on the knowledge you gained as a rock musician. But I respect hip-hop producers (old school). You have to be able to sample without anyone knowing what track you took. Or you can make a base (sample) out of 10 tracks for your own single. It's very cool. So are electronic producers. What they do at their performances is very cool So, my influences: Nirvana, Metallica, Deftones, Slipknot, Linkin Park, Architects, The Devil Wears Prada, Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Thirty Seconds To Mars, ???, Limp Bizkit
What equipment do you use?
Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6, M-audio Oxygen49, Yamaha HS8, my lovely Fender Stratocaster, Beyerdynamic Custom Studio.
Anything else?
I want to thank those who read this, who listen to my music and buy it for themselves. Those who are inspired. I am sure that everyone will find something special here for themselves. My music is very different. Yes, mostly sad, but even sad music can be different. It's all from the heart. And this is the most important thing for me, especially nowadays, when every next track in the charts is similar to the previous one. Thank you! Have fun!
